• Order and sales data from Shopify, such as order IDs, totals, timestamps, and line item product IDs.

• Shopify Admin APIs and webhooks authorized by the merchant.
• Storefront interactions collected via the Flux theme app embed.
• Third-party service providers used to enrich or analyze data.

• Generate personalized pricing recommendations for merchant storefronts.
• Provide analytics and reporting inside the merchant admin.
• Maintain security logs and prevent abuse.

We share data only with service providers required to run Flux, such as hosting, storage, and AI inference providers. We do not sell personal data.

Our service providers may process data in regions outside of your country. We use appropriate safeguards where required by law.

We retain visitor records while a merchant keeps Flux installed, and delete or de-identify data after uninstall or when no longer needed, unless legal obligations require longer retention.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Shopify merchants can request access to or deletion of data as required by applicable privacy laws. We respond to Shopify data requests and deletion webhooks as required by Shopify’s platform policies.

Merchants are responsible for providing appropriate notices and obtaining any required consents for data collection on their storefronts.

Flux is not intended for use by children, and we do not knowingly collect children’s data.
